Archaeology Crew Chief

PAR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES, INC. is seeking a seasonal archaeological crew chief to assist with flagging 200+ sites in Stanislaus National Forest. Work is anticipated to last through 2024.

• Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology or Archaeology
• Minimum of three months supervisory experience
• One year California field experience (California Forest Service experience is preferred)
• Experience with ESRI/Fieldmaps highly preferred
• Off-road driving skills and a clean driving record
• Preference for local candidates (northern/central California. PAR is based in Sacramento; the work sites are between Sonora and Pinecrest in Tuolumne County).
